Lavinia is a kind warm-hearted person, but I was amazed when she made contact with my partner who only passed away two weeks previous. The things she told me about our lives and the loved we shared no one would have known such feelings. She allowed as much time as was needed and didn’t rush. She gave me so much comfort. I thought she was remarkable with a true gift. My partner was only 32 when passed so it’s not just the old. Thank you again.
